Chest and back supersets today, had a lot of gas and went pretty heavy and intensely.
Leverage vertical bench / T-bar rows x 5 sets Bench press / Olympic bar rows x 4 sets Incline bench / Cable rows x 3 sets Dead hangs |

Did 75 on the elliptical.
Goofed of to long and got cold. db bench 90 4-5x4 squats 135 with chains 15x4 hangs, hopefully that stretches the shoulders and back. |

Some days you lift great and other days, it all feels heavy.
Great day yesterday with legs. Push day, and it felt like 315. Ohp 4x4 Flat bench 3x4 And then some accessory work to get a decent pump |

It was after the elliptical. Watching the basketball team goof was good for laughs but not good for the workout.

Gonna try and get something done with the trainer tomorrow. Back still ain't 100%. Tried foam rolling it last night, only seems to have made things worse. :fp

Been fighting a rotator cuff problem for about a year, not sure if it’s a tear or impingement or what, flat bench kills it but I have been fighting through it, quit flat benching about two weeks ago to see if it helps. Incline, pullovers, push ups and flys are what I have been doing and it has sure seemed to help, hopefully it continues to heal up, I don’t want surgery!

Back to chest today on a short turnaround (Monday)...so I kept it light and ripped it up with the reps.
Incline bench x 4 sets 30* incline bench x 1 set Bench press x 1 set Superset decline press / Leverage vertical bench x 2 sets Flyes x 2 sets Dips x 2 sets Pushups x 1 set |

Bench press Dips Fly machine Static front/side shoulder raises Rear delt flys Upright rows Planks for core Back (actually more hip or sciatic) held up well. |

Good lift, Huy. :tu Went to work for part of the day, then hit back. Medium weights with high reps for another (not quite as) short turnaround. Tweaked my right hamstring on the last set of T-bars, good thing hockey season doesn't start for a couple weeks. :( T-bar rows x 4 sets One arm rows x 3 sets Barbell rows x 4 sets Pulldowns x 3 sets Dead hangs |
