I play terrible with the MK14 if it doesn't have a scope. Iron sighting it gets me negative very quickly. It's been like this since COD4.

I am using three guns these days.

ACR6.8 - I usually use silencer and the hybrid sight.

P90 - silencer + rapid fire (I am trying out different scopes, but I like rapid fire :D)

RSASS - suppressor + variable zoom or ACOG

I like the extra vision I get with the ACOG, but the variable zoom is nice for some maps. Since I still do a lot of camping or camp and move, I always use a silencer with Assassin.

I am not even sure what the other Proficiencies do as I usually just stop once I get two attachments.

In my opinion you just can't beat the Type 95. Its kill power is just incredible. If you are a good shot, one pull of the trigger is all you need.

Some guns work well for me with iron sights, with the MK14 I prefer red dot.
The type 95 has decent irons IMO, but I can fire two accurate shots faster with the MK14 than the three round burst of the 95.

With the MK14 my accuracy is 27% and KDR is 1.77 and only 20% with the 95 and a KDR of 1.42.
I just started using the ACR and my accuracy is the same as the 95 but my KDR is 1.96 and I like the irons on it.
IMO I can in fact beat the Type 95. :D

PS, my secondary is the MP9 and I have a higher KDR than the 95 with only a 1% accuracy drop.


Just saying there are many other guns that work as well or better "for me" than the type 95. The 95 is a decent gun though.

Huge difference for me. I've had people say I'm using some kind of hack that causes the MK14 to fire as fast as the ACR. My team and I were dying. To me it helps with long range kills to get that second shot off before they move or if I'm moving around corners a lot...I haven't played in like 2 weeks =(

The faster you push the button... with rapid fire at least it can sorta keep up with my trigger finger...without it, I'm tapping it several times before it gets the second shot off
