THis late in the season and we sweep the Braves. Hope Owings is ok. That bump was worse than the one Rolen took not too long ago.

Not only is it bad enough that I'm a Reds fan, but it looks as if the Panthers are gonna be horrible this year as well. I would pick on you Bengals fans here, but I fear we are gonna be worse than you this year.

Bad weekend. Bengals, OSU, and Redskins all lose. Only UC of teams I like won. And we won't even mention the Deads.

We're killing the Cards tonight. Bruce with two HRs. A little too late, but maybe we can move up to third in the division in the final six games.

Atleast Pirates fans get to claim the Steelers and Penguins, all Cincinnati gets in the Reds and Bungles, the laughing stock of the MLB and NFL. :rolleyes:

Any thoughts about next year? We didn't do too poorly late in the season. If we stick with who we have now, maybe with one addition or so, what do you think about our hopes next year. I'm not talking about World Champs or anything, but at least a team that is competitive. Possibly a playoff team.

I hope that we are competitive, even if we don't make the playoffs. Just a little excitement is all I ask. I won't even be dissapointed if we have a season next year like the Cubs did this year.

Dan just says that every team is his favorite team and they are all going to make the playoffs or win the championship. Eventually he will be right and he'll be able to say "told ya so." But most of the time, like his Reds playoff prediction this year, he is wrong. :bh
