Re: Show your latest NC purchase IV

I rarely bid on the sticks that are put up on eBay. But I decided to go for these:
6 AVO TAA LE13 Movement. Only released in 2013; 20 per box, 2500 boxes released.
4 AVO TAA LE14 Second Movement. Only released in 2014; Again, 20 per box, 2500 boxes released.

The seller shipped them with a Boveda pack. Stated he kept them in his cabinet humidor at 67% humidity 70 deg. temp. Have to say, they were in near perfect condition upon receipt. I'll be aging them a bit more, but they look wonderful and have a great aroma.

The ones on the left are the Second Movement. The ones on the right are, of course, the First Movement. I'll take a few that are more up close this evening.

Well, that link didn't work. Let's try this one:

http://i1262.photobucket.com/albums/...psfvl2e8i0.jpg

While I'm at it, here is a set of Hupmann 1844 Reserve I also just purchased. The unlabeled stick is a Bonita Springs 18th Anniversary and the one on the very edge is an Erin Go Bragh I was gifted last St. Patrick's Day.

Thank you, gents! The Reserves are delicious! Had one this morning with a full brew of Chock Full O'Nuts coffee. It began with a rather soft but firm oak and spice that tingles the tongue. That "oakiness" floats throughout the stick. Through the middle third, there is a light citrus flavor that blends with the spices and mixes well, especially with the coffee I was drinking. :) By the last third, I found a bit of leather mixing with the woody and spice flavors that offered a genuine tasty finish to the cigar.

I have to say, for the price of ~$8 this is very well constructed with a great range of flavors to enjoy.

Up front, if the gentleman who sold this is a member here, T H A N K Y O U!

This is a rather interesting get from eBay. A fellow outside Sacramento, CA posted this package of sticks on eBay with a starting bid of $10 and shipping of $13.60. I was very fortunate to walk away with the package for that $23.60 amount. What's in it is:

1 Acid Blondie
1 CAO MX2
1 Casa Fernandez Miami Reserve
1 Foundry Time Flies Corojo
1 Nub Connecticut
1 Patel Bros. NP
1 Rocky Patel 2008
1 Rocky Patel Wall Street
1 Rocky Patel Vintage 1990
1 Super Ligero El Paraiso
2 Gurkhas
2 Macanudo Cru Royale
3 La Gloria Cubana Serie R
3 Flor Dominicana Double Ligero
5 Camacho Red Corojo

Not bad, if I do say so myself.

Those are the 1926 Anniversary No.90 (5.2 x 55), which is really cool in the tube. Did you get the Natural or Maduro?
