I was unsure about the accuracy of my guess which was the basis for my not following up with a quote of my own and thereby confulgrating the confusion already inherent in the preceding posts. Trying to stick to the rules and not use Google.

I knew it was from Cool Hand Luke (excellent film btw). Had to google to find out Strother Martin's name. Just couldn't access the deep recesses of my brain for that tid bit of trivia.
