Manicotti! Afterward I had some sugar-free cranberry juice. My face still hasn't returned to an entirely "normal" state.

... I think I'll have some ice cream now to aid in my recovery. :D

Took the girlfriend out to he favorite Italian restaurant in town for our Anniversary. I had Eggplant Parmigiana over spaghetti. YUM

Tonight was an easy night as I have a cold :( Soft Taco's

7% ground chuck seasoned with garlic, Worcestershire, oregano, cracked black pepper, Pyro Salsa, and a large Dallop of sour Cream.

Topped with Smoked Chipotle Cheddar Cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.

I would have loved to enjoy a cigar with these tacos but with being sick it just wouldnt have been worth wasting the cigar.
