Cueto to 15 day DL, Freeman called up. Cingrani will likely be called up to make Cueto's scheduled start. Also, Ludwick moved to 60 day DL (no surprise there).

Reds win in 13. Phillips on his bobble-head day drives in Choo (who got on base 6 times). So refreshing to have a leadoff hitter who isn't a terrible player. :tu
