If I had paid it on time, yes, but they remove that ability once the bench warrant goes out.

Wish I could add anything to this. "Downtown" (small town) Delaware is only about 20 minutes from my house if I can do anything for you at all. I've probably even been to the building since thats probably where I go to renew my conceal carry permit.

Shame we couldn't have met up too!
