That Coltrane song is one of my favs as well. (so hard to name just 5)

Always liked that song, but after watching Jeb Corliss Grinding video (10+ times...lol), it has risen dramatically on my lists.

Agreed. If only I could get my hands on a vintage Selmer Super Action 80... Miles Davis' "Kind of Blue" album is one of the best IMO. I'm also a huge fan of Charles Mingus.

ok i havent posted in this thread for a many of different reasons....i have way more then five and i know that nobody here will have heard of them for the most part. i listen to all types of music but these really stand out right now...but i am sure that the list will change again tomorrow.

I could maybe do a top 100 but that would be about as far as i could narrow it down and I couldn't put them in a distinct order, it would be pretty much "here's a bucket of songs".

Good song, but I prefer Cash's cover. He brought "true" emotion to the song, which IMO makes it much better than the original.
