about CHOLULA, not Tapatio. Both good, but the one in my fridge is Cholula.

But now I read that Peter actually DID write Tapatio instead of Tabasco, lol.
But tabasco definitely has vinegar in it....not like the bottles of whole peppers
in vinegar, which are popular, but it is definitely full of vinegar and pepper mash.
(and salt, that's about it).

OOPS, I forgot...my actual alltime favorite is CRYSTAL!

Yeah, Tapatio is a nice sauce. I wish they made a hotter version though - basically the same formula, but with a hotter pepper as the base, like habaneros or something. I can't really blame them for not doing it though, it's a single product company, and they do it really, really well, so why bother.

perhaps you are already a Sriracha fan, you should definitely give the other a shot... not for the faint of heart...
