I use a headset now. my leg will get cancer instead and by that time I will hopefully be dead after some awesome feat of reckless behavior.

Set up a google voice account. Forward your work calls to your google voice number on your personal cell. You can set up a separate voice mail for the google account so if you miss a call the caller hears your google voice "work" message and not your personal one. And wen you call out the number that shows up is your google voice number instead of your personal number.

Or if you want to save your own minutes forward you personal calls to your work cell and do the same with google voice.
