Unless you live in a refrigerator box or out of a shopping cart there must be room somewhere. It sounds like a matter of priority to me.
?
Under a bed
In a closet
Garage/shop
Filing Cabinet
Desk
Gun Cabinet

Or hell....buy a bigger/better suited home for your cigars.

Didn't some guy bury his cigars in a PVC tube in his yard? That might work ...

I am not a fan of the large coolers. I prefer 60 or 48qt size. They are easier to stash in a closet and easily stackable. An Igloo 48qt marine cooler runs about $30 at WalMart. One pound of Heartfelt beads and you are all set, I know the beads work so I dont even have hygrometers in my coolers. :2

Re: Best Way To Age or Stash...

There have been many thoughts on this, and while all valid in scientific measures, the most important qualifier that really matters - in all perspective - are the qualitatives.

When do you plan on smoking it, if so, what do you like out of a cigar; or are you just keeping them to flip them; what is the material of the leaf.

I don't keep track of the Tats like I used to. I would opine that broadleaf just does not age very well, and goes bland rather quickly. The NCs are really made well and smoke excellently right out of the gate. You got companies like Padron strutting 5-8yr old wrappers. Christ. F me. Let's just smoke it then. What is the point of the incremental aging on that.

As for the other questions I had raised, if you are looking to smoke them in the next 5 yrs, just leave them in the cooler/fridge/what have you. If smoking it in 10+ years, aluminum foil (Ginseng's method) or ziplocks (Hong Kong method). If you want to resell them, who cares right? Keep then in the pvc tube underground.
