Padron 45th would be a great chouce but why stop at one??
Follow up with an Opus X double corona, then maybe a Tatuaje Cojonu 200x, then maybe a Liga Privada T52.

I'd smoke a Padron 44th (great cigar!) to celebrate the past year and then a 45th to bring in the new one.

Well, I don't have the 44th, and to be honest, the last year pretty much sucked ass anyway, so other than surviving it, there's not much to celebrate!

I do however now have in hand a 45th, so that's going to be the Birthday smoke!.......one of them anyway! :D
