My wife has allowed me to smoke in the house for the last couple of days due to the crappy weather outside. I use a small fan with a couple of windows cracked and a candle burning it's done he job thus far.

Chris.....

Do you use one of the scented candles while you smoke? Or a plain candle? I would think the scented candle might help with the smell afterwards, but I wouldn't want that scented crap in the air while I'm smoking!!

I didn't last night. Fell asleep in my chair down here. I most defiantly will do it this evening though! Gotta head out for a few thing, probably pick up a few smokers candles and an extra bottle of febreze while I'm out. But this is defiantly happening this evening!

It's just one of my wife's candles she has lying around the house. I think the big thing is getting as much smoke outside as quickly as possible so, IMHO having good ventilation is the important thing for smoking in your home.

Make sure it's a good one as it may end up being far and few times you get to do it.

Re: Thinking about firing one up......in the house

That's correct! Digging through the coolers now! A few things on TV this evening.....I prob have time for 3 cigars....maybe 4 if I feel the urge. I'm gonna slip the glass door open a bit and set up a box fan blowing out. Not sure how well it will work because my chair is roughly 15ft from the door. Also though about maybe removing 2-3 of the ceiling tiles above my chair. Let the smoke get above the drop ceiling....lol.
