I only spit if I'm sitting in my backyard!

Drinking something helps a lot!!!!

Occasionally not sure what it is. But sometimes I just gotta.

Sometimes when doing yardwork and I drool toooo much, or when sitting by the flowers. Brain thinks water is good for them. Never when smoking an away smoke. I try to refrain from showing my redneck side.

Smoke on:banger:ss

Smoking tobacco does stimulate saliva.

So yes, usually less when I'm drinking something.

Re: Are you a spitter?

I have overzealous salivary glands, and this spitting is an unfortunate necessity.

I do spit when I am sitting on the back porch alone, but when I am herfing I never do. I almost always have something to drink in both situations, so I have no idea why.

No, I swallow. :banger

Re: Are you a spitter?

When I first started years ago, yes I spit some here and there, not because I felt the need to, but because the extra nicotine bothered me if I swallowed.

After about a year of smoking, it stopped bothering me and I don't spit anymore unless I end up with chunks of foreign substances (hair, twine, rocks, you know the horror stories...) coming out of my cigar.

Re: Are you a spitter?

yeah, it's a last fourth of a cigar thing, usually a char/tar/resin buildup in the stick causes me to salivate badly at the end, if i swallow it i usually get heartburn, i just have to remember to spit in appropriate places, i.e. not on the patio, or i will no longer be a married man.......only kidding honey...kinda

Voted OTHER

Saliva glands kick into overdrive with most NC's.

Hardly if ever happens with CC's.

Re: Are you a spitter?

Never. I did years ago, but figured out I was just smoking too fast. Once I made the effort to slow down, the feeling that I needed to spit disappeared.
