Finaly got our first win of the season today. We didn't get swept by the Metropolitans! Offense looked good for two days in a row. Phillips and EE have worked on their discipline this year. Neither are swinging away at the first pitch anymore.

Looks like we're skipping Owings in the rotation this time. Harang starts tomorrow. I believe this will give us win number two. On the bright side, at least we're beating the Nationals record.

Votto is a great hitter, but not the best 1st baseman. Not sure if he'll fit in LF. We just got rid of the giant blunder in LF, I'll keep Hairston/Dickerson in LF for now. |
