I get most of my bread and butter and daily work stuff from them. I also bought about 300 cigars last Nov-Dec as Christmas gifts, all were assorted 5 packs. Like the others, most were on the wet side and out of the 300+ cigars bought during that period about 8 came in damaged. A few phone calls and all were replaced, happily by the way.

I live in overnight shipping territory. No complaints.
But I store my smokes at 70%, anyway.
The new MotherShip is nice to visit, too.

Never had any issues with C Bid.. I got another 20 pack sampler of La Herencia Cubanas from them recently, and they smoked great right out of the package.

Never had a problem with CI or C-bid. I did have a problem with USPS and getting my order to me and their customer service dept. was super with resolving the problem quickly. :tu

Nothing but top notch experiences with c bid for me. And their customer service is jaw-dropping good.

Well, I just got off the phone with CigarBid. What great service!!! They are sending me a UPS label so I can send back the bad ones and are replacing them. That makes me a happy boy. I knew I could count on my CA family to help me out.

I have noticed some of the stuff I have purchased from them has been a little on the dry side. It has never been a problem because I usually give them a couple weeks in the humi before smoking. By then, they are just fine.

Yep, sometimes if I come across one from a store or something I just put in the humi for a while but these ones were VERY dry. I didn't want to chance that they would be ruined.

I get the majority of my smokes from Cbid and so far no problems.....I always let them rest for about a month or more in the Humi before I give them a try.:D

I get a shipment about every week. Never had a problem and I've always been happy with the sticks I get. However I let them rest a couple of weeks before I smoke them.

Thanks. I always let sticks rest for a little bit. Occasionally I'll get impatient though.

I have never had a problem with them other than the issue of them making me want to buy too many cigars :)
