After 5 days off the gym, had my strongest chest day in a year yesterday. Went heavy on flats, reps on inclines, heavy on declines and heavy on flyes. Chest is still sore.
Back day today, went with the pullup first routine again for 8 sets. Heavy pulldowns, heavy cable rows, and then a few sets of barbell rows (225, 265, 295, 225) to finish. Some stretching to finish. Back already getting sore while chest is still there. I gotta take time off more often, that's my first long break since the crash. |

Shoulder day. Not as epic as the last two days, but a solid B+. Heavy presses, rear delts, and lighter shrugs for reps.

Been on a short vacation up north to visit family and wedding. Still was able to train, just limited on time and time to post. Been back a few days. Had a couple nice days since being back. Chest today. Flat bench - worked up to 235 for working set. 5x4 Cable flies - 10x20, yes 10 sets of 20 |

Legs today. Snot running down my nose as I squat is not fun. Think I sweated out 5lb.
Actually a good day of training but my strength was just down. Squats - a lot Leg press 5x Lying leg curls 5x |

Back day yesterday. Took the weights down about 25-30% and just reped everything, nice and slow. Rows on rows Seated v grip row T bar row Pendlay rows Finished up with weighted pull-ups Hope you're feeling better. |

Was better, then worse. Friday was a day off, today I had to take off sick. Tomorrow is still up in the air. Keep it going for me, Huy. :tu

Not a bad day. Felt so so, weights moved smoothly. Took fronts for a ride today along with some hack squats and leg extensions, curls. Hope you're feeling better. |

Played hockey last night and definitely got rid of a lot of the crud.
Down side was insomnia, so I missed the gym again. I'm well enough to go now, but need to be smart with 5 hockey games in the next 7 nights. Will try to hit the gym manana. |

Tweaked my back low bar squatting but still going. ITD Not too much pressing movement, just Arnold presses but went light. |

ICD. Gym was packed, but I got a bench within about 10 minutes. First workout back, did light flats, inclines and declines. Feels good to be back in the groove.

Still trying to lay off any core lifts. Seated db press Bb side raise Finished up with tris. Been using KB for overhead extensions. I like it better |

Back went well for first back workout back (say that 3 times fast). Not super heavy but pretty intense. Shoulders and tris today. |
