VERY sexy and sweet girls. One of the 'odd' things about them is that wherever they play a lot, they have 'uncles'
whom they stay with while they are in town, and in Memphis, that is my friend Mark. I got close to them over the last
3-4 years and was able to see them go from two good solo acts to a terrific duo. I would love for them to hit it big
in some form. Nothing but love for the Midtown Violets.

The Jekyll Island Club Hotel. It used to be the private clubhouse for the Jekyll Island Club, a group of some of the wealthiest men in the world at the time (the late 1800's):
