Tried watching “The Northman”. Got 20 minutes in and shut it off. Horrible movie up to that point.

Went to the special showing of Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. I’d give it a C+. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great either. Glad I didn’t pay full price.

After I read that the screenwriters intentionally toned down any masculinity in the main male characters I said "Yeah, giving this one a hard pass."


We watched Everything, Everywhere, All at Once last night. Good movie.

Just watched this movie last night. Excellent flick.

If you have Prime, search for the movie Nefarious. Has Sean Patrick Flannery (Boondock Saints) in it. He plays a psychopath killer on death row. Really liked that movie. Flannery was great in his role.

Sisu. Good, over-the-top Nazi-killing fun. It knows what it is and doesn't take itself too seriously. Just have a few drinks, or a gummy if that's your thing (or both, as I did), shut off your mind (especially in the last 15 minutes or so), and enjoy the carnage.

I took Steph to see The Beekeeper. I saw a review that described it as "enjoyable schlock", and that pretty much sums it up. We enjoyed it.
