Josh, I'd love to hear more about the beer. Rogue used to come out with an annual donut beer, I remember Maple Bacon and a couple others. Quite possibly the most disgusting beers I ever tried. :r

The beer actually doesn't have any donuts in it!. It's got molasses, lactose, and coffee. The malt profile give it a nice chocolate quality. It reminds me of a chocolate donut dipped in black coffee. It is fantastic and I would highly recommend it if you can get your hands on it.

Currently drinking a Maduro Brown Ale from Cigar City Brewing. It’s pretty good.

A couple from over the weekend:

2019 CBS
2019 BCBS
2019 Weldwerks Medianoche 19-month barrel aged
2019 Crooked Stave Gift of Time 36-month barrel aged

Probably a few other but these kept me feeling warm over the snowy weekend

Same here. Decided to pick up another 4 pack of CBS and stumbled into two bottles of regular BCBS. Now I just want KBS Espresso and I'll be content (for now).

Haven’t had the 2019 BCBS yet. My supplier hasn’t brought me my case yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

Had one of the regulars last night, it was very tasty per usual. Haven't tried any of the variants yet and probably won't for a while as I only got on of each in an attempt to slow down the growth of the cellar, but I did find a few tasty looking 2017 variants that I'm hoping to crack soon and see how they're doing

Saw there was a cherry variant for about $25 per bottle. I passed.

I have a few bottles of regular 2016 left and a full case each of 2017 & 2018.

I was surprised that the cherry got so highly rated this year, supposedly better than the coffee, so I grabbed one. I have singles from the last 6-7 years but I don't have the storage space to stock up on cases. I'm trying to be better about being more selective on what I cellar but I always end up buying more than I should

I could’ve bought the wheat wine. Just didn’t appeal to me. Old boss said Costco was selling the regular bottles for $9.99. I definitely didn’t pay that.

Had a few BCBS's last week The regular one was pretty solid for right out of the gate not over hot from the barrels like a fresh BA stout. The coffe was ok at first but opened up as it got warmer and was a solid beer. The cherry was kinda faint seemed like a regular BC just a tad sweeter. Got my hands on a bunch of the Rye so looking forward to trying that one. I was out of town so pretty much missed getting any around here.

Digging some of these German lagers from my advent calendar.

Scored two bottles of KBS Espresso and a 4 pack of Founders Angelic Mountain.

KBS Espresso last night, not super coffee-y but still a delicious beer. Found a liquor store that still had 3x 4-packs left from the one case they got in, after I left they had none :D

Trying to get caught up on my advent calendar. Day 8 is a Landenburg Weisenbock Hell. Delicious.
