Holy Tim! Enjoy yourself.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Had my first CohiBrew DIPA from Castle Hollow Brewery ;) last night.
Very true to the style, 8.4% ABV, fruity malt with some nice hop complexity, dry finish, might need more time in the bottle. Good thing I have about a case of it! |
Re: What beers are you enjoying?
When I get home from work, I've got an appointment with a couple of Dirty Bastard's. :tu

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Picked up a 6 pack of Summit's Belgian Style Golden Ale. I like this, but wish it were a little bit more carbonated. Great value for $8 per 6'er though. I'm on my second one, and I think that will be as much as I need for tonight. Picked up 2 bombers of Pumking too. :tu

Bells Two Hearted ale.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
SamAdams Harvest Pumpkin Ale
|
Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Just opened the last beer in my SA Harvest pack...an Irish Red, not a bad beer but I am wishing it was any of the others in there. I think an Old Rasputin is next, or maybe something more celebratory if the Rockies can mount a comeback.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Pumking
It was good but 22oz is too much of this...so I mixed the last half with a FBS and found a good drink. |

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Goose Island Invasion was pretty damned good.
I had pints of: Sofie Matilda Old Raspy IPA Pepe Nero Bourbon County Coffee (only a 5oz.'er) Bourbon County Vanilla This morning is rather slow going. I vaguely remember a large bar bill. :/ |
Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Do you remember how the Bourbon County Vanilla was?
I cant wait to "try" to get my hands on that one! |

For being rather fresh (As I imagine it is), it tasted really good. To me, the Vanilla was right at the edge of being too pronounced though. As I was drinking it I found myself thinking that it was too much, then it wasn't, then it was..... Maybe age would do it some good? I wasn't at all impressed by the Pepe Nero. |
Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Had a bottle of Dogfish Head Pangaea while I cooked some pork on the weber.
Got a bottle of GI Night Stalker cooling down now. :tu |
Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Lagunitas Little Sumpin' Wild. A Belgian-style IPA. Not too far from a DIPA, but a little more attenuated than a normal DIPA. Pretty good, especially for $4.49 per bomber.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Matilda on tap in proper fancy boy glass...moving onto Cheeky Monk's anniversary party in an hour, Belgian madness will ensue.

Re: What beers are you enjoying?
Last snifter of GI Night Stalker. Very tasty!
