Sorry. I don't think so. Romo is nowhere near as accurate a passer as Farve.
Farve made some plays today that few could match.

Personally, I think the Minnesota defense controlled this game.

The Miiny D would have killed favre too..I think Favre running the plays garrett was calling would have had no chance today

You guys got screwed by Suisham, plain and simple. He makes the two kicks and it's a lot closer game.
Now, he's probably joined Norwood and Anderson as the most hated kickers in NFL history.

It was a great year for us. We proved we can win in December. We proved we can win a playoff game. I predict we come out hungry and dertimed next year

I disagree. One could argue that the Cowboys defense giving up and stop playing is unprofessional. There is no mercy rule. Should they have just called the game when it got to 27-3?

Steve,
No doubt a great year. Coming out hungry though is something I think every team would like to believe they will do the following year.

That was crappy for sure, ala Patriots.

Peter,
The game was over. No need to keep rubbing their face in dirt. I don't like Bill and the Patriots for that.

I can see this team progressing. One step at a time

I understand and don't disagree entirely. But why play the rest of the game then? And why did the defense stop playing? I just think there is another perspective on this. Should teams be allowed to throw in the towel and concede?

I could care less if a team runs up the score on us. If we cant stop them they deserve to score.

So what should they have done on 4th down? Take a knee?

A for sure 3 points pulling it to 30-3 or toss it up, take a chance, and get 34-3.

Either way, Dallas got their ass kicked.

Minnesota gave Dallas plenty of opportunity to make something happen in that territory late in the 4th. Dallas couldn't pull past their 30 and consecutively lost it on 4th down.

These guys get paid millions of dollars to play professional football. If they have hurt feelings over a game, I do not feel sorry for them one bit.

That would have been the classier choice. It was already a 4-possession game at that point.

I have no problem with the last TD. You wanna stop playing defense, the other team should score at will.

Good point. All Dallas had to do was score 4 times. Oh, and recover 3 onsides kicks. Minnesota needed some insurance points...

Definitely not a "fan", but I love the game too much to stop watching cause my team is out.

Gotta root for the Saints though, put a hurtin on Brett.

In my part of Louisiana (30 miles east of New Orleans and about 35 miles west of Kiln, Mississippi) Brett Favre is considered a neighbor and most of us root for him anytime he is not playing against the Saints. No one I know wishes him any serious physical harm.

But the moment he puts his foot on the turf in the Superdome next Sunday he becomes the enemy and we all want to see him harassed, knocked to the ground a few times, intercepted 2 or three times and sent home to contemplate retirement and the Hall of Fame.
