Speedway stout is one of my favorite all time beers. I remember when it was impossible to find on the east coast, I was out in SD about to meet up with the S HIT herfers and went to a bottle shop to find something to bring. I saw speedway stout and got so excited, picked up a bottle and brought it to the herf all proud. Peter took one look at me and goes "you know, we can get speedway stout any time we want." I didn't realize it was a SD brewery :r

Had an El Chingon IPA from Austin, TX I think. Went down good with a Punch Uppercut robusto tonight. Gotta give punch some love every once in awhile, they have that classic stogie flavor that got me started in the first place.

Holy Smokes Vermont has some great beer. Those that have stood out, Upper Pass First Drop, Burlington Beer Co. Elaborate Metaphor & Hill Farmstead Edward.

Last night had a great Oskar Blues Rum Barrel Aged Death By Coconut.
This evening, a New Belgium Hemporer and an Urban Chestnut O-Katz. All three are great beers!

If you see it - look for Upper Pass Waimea Waves and anything from Frost Beer Works.

I had some Elysian Dayglow IPA this weekend that was good.

Any beer nerds out in Richmond, VA? Looking for some of the special small batch glassware from The Answer Brewing. Buy or trade.

I'm in Illinois currently, but willing to relocate for the right stout.

Had a great day at River North brewery here in Denver on Saturday, they release their "Nightmare Fuel" coffee stout, regular and bourbon barrel, also had a BA release from 2016 and another special release with a different type of coffee. Tried a bunch of their other stuff too, could be one of my new favorite breweries around :al

Been loving the stout releases lately, this weekend enjoyed:

Fermaentra Daemon Coffee Variant
Fermaentra Daemon Vanilia Variant
River North BA Sandman
Oskar Blues Mocha BA Ten Fidy
Denver Beer Co Cranberry Princess Yum Yum

The last one is a special release of one of my friend's favorite beer, had to go pick up some crowlers for their christmas gift and figured I'd give it a sample while there. Tasted like a refreshing soda :r

Coffee Eugene, the coffee version of Revolution Brewing Co. Eugene Porter.

Pretty good, but I like the regular Eugene better.
