Mac, these smoke phenomenally. I hated the larger Oval but loved this stick. Completely different animal. I was fortunate to have someone bring me one from Nica when they were there visiting the factories. Once I finally kick this cold I will get to try the Oval Maduro. :tu

Just smoked one today while mowing. Pretty good cheap smoke. Enjoyed the flavors. Good for 2 bucks a stick.

Damn head cold. Just realized these were the Maduros. Ooops. The smaller size in the regular Oval is what I was talking about in the post quoted above. :gary:sl

All DPGs had the bands slightly changed and ribbons added to the feet in the past couple months. Some sizes have changed as well. We got a shipment of My Father stuff at work and all the DPGs were with the new bands/ribbons. The box of Cuban Classic belicosos we got(forgot what DPG calls em, 1970?) were about half an inch longer than the one we had remaining from the old box, not to mention the new bands.

Nice Grab's Jake! You found some Epiphania's, and Some Liga Miami Robusto's. A lot of guys don't know it but the Robusto's (especially when fresh) are the strongest of the line! I saw Sean out and about a week and a half ago. He gave me an Epiphania to try, and I left it in the restroom by mistake because I was in the middle of a poker game. Somebody got it so I still haven't tried one!:bh Oh well, i'll buy one soon!:rolleyes:

I don't remember the Qeusada's coming in cellophane. Guess i never really paid any attention.

The are a diamond in the rough Excel, I took a chance on the line and have been extremely impressed by how different that taste compared to whats out there right now

Thank you! I am forever grateful to Mac for his recommendation of blues, and I still have another two boxes on the way because I heard they are getting discontinued. Be that as it may, I love them and they will remain a top ten smoke and one of the best maddies being made. :2
