Had a bottle of Saranac Chocolate Lager with dinner. Not bad at all. Just enough chocolate flavor with out being over bearing.

Redeemed my palate a bit last night with some 21st Amendment Back in Black IPA. :)

And the High Life we had was NOT the champaign of bottled beer. Hell...it was keg High Life. Had to continue to apologize to my wife last night for what it did to my system. Every beer has it's place and time. That "beer" does not like me, and may just be best used as a bath for brats. :)

Bell's the Wild One, liked it but was looking for more behind it's tartness. If I have it another time I'll try to pair it with some food instead of a cigar, probably would work better for me.

Jealous that you'll be over there this weekend. My father in-law will be picking up a Hunaphu for me since we are out of town but what I wouldn't give to sample some of those beers...makes me mad I'm out here.
