It's easier for rotation. Some NC's are better if smoked before they age too long and other's are better with a little age on them to bring out the flavor. It also helps me keep track of where and who they came from for a later possible bombing run...LOL

Thanks Gents, Its a White Clad box converted, From what I understand it was pretty popular, SOLID OAK, few of the guys on the board still have them, 1.5lbs beads in the bottom and no worries.

Thank You, Those are a bit of a let down, see what time can do for it, RA - gordito Canadian release is magnificent now, however and will get even better
