The Bombers are back in first place by a half of a game and these two teams will play each other again tonight with a start time of 1910(7:10pm). Good morning all and yes, the coffee has been on for a while now. Well, the Yankees dropped one last night with the final score of 4 - 3 making it only one win out of the last 6 games. They are off tonight and then onto Baltimore for the weekend. Being that it's Thursday, I'll most likely end up at Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening for a primo stick or two. I know that they are having bourbon & scotch sampling as well as a Berger & Argenti cigars and a Kristoff cigar event this evening. The sampling is scheduled to run from 1730(5:30pm) to 1930(7:30pm) and the cigar event runs 1600(4pm) to 2100(9pm). They are posting the info on their facebook page "Hudson Valley Cigars" and I'm sure that they'll have a good showing. I hope everyone has a great day as well and enjoys...... :D

Good morning all and yes, the Killer Beans are hittin' the spot. We had a good time last night at Schlesinger's and a big thanks goes out to the Hudson Valley Cigar crew as well as Mike Ferraro who supplied the smokes for the Kristoff/Berger & Argenti event. Sports wise, we have the Yankees taking on the Orioles tonight in Baltimore, the NASCAR racers are over in Loudon, NH gettin' ready for the Sunday's race and North Texas is arriving shortly for tomorrow's Army vs N. Texas football here at West Point. The weather is looking very favorable as well according to NOAA; Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 72. Calm wind becoming south around 5 mph. Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 51. Light south wind.

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and I'm headin' out to West Point in a few to work the Army vs. North Texas football game. Well last night, the Yankees came from behind in the 9th inning with a 3 run blast from A-Rod to win it 4 - 3. Today the two teams will be back at it again with C.C. Sabathia trying for the 3rd time to get his 20th win of the season. It's a 1905(7:05pm) start time so I'll be able to watch it as well. I hope everyone has a great day and enjoys....... :)

Good morning all and yes, the Killer Beans have been brewin' for a little bit now. Well, C.C. Sabathia finally got his 20th win of the season as the Yankees won big time 11 - 3 yesterday. They'll be back at it today with Andy Pettitte back in the rotation with a start time of 1335(1:35pm). Also yesterday, Army dominated North Texas with a 24 - 0 win here at West Point. Today, the NASCAR drivers will be starting their engines roughly at 1300(1pm) in Loudon, NH and I hope that everyone there enjoys the race. Also today, we have plenty of football to watch as the NFL is in full swing being that it's week 2 of the 2010 - 2011 season. Anyway, I hope everyone has a super Sunday and gets to enjoy a favorite or two or....... :D

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on as always. Well, the Yankees lost yesterday in the bottom of the 11th 4 - 3 giving up the sweep over Baltimore. Startin' today, the Bombers have a 4 game series with the Rays down in Tampa Bay. With 2 weeks left in the regular season, this series can break the American League East wide open. Congrats to Clint Bowyer and the entire Richard Childress Racing team for winning yesterday's NASCAR race. Also, congrats to the Eagles and the Jets for winning their football games yesterday. Well, after a 2+ hour rain delay last night at Yankee Stadium, the bull pen couldn't keep up as the Bombers lost to the Rays, 7 - 2. The two teams will play one last game of this series today at the same time as last night with C.C. Sabathia taking on David Price, should be a great pitching duel. Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, after an evening with a number of home run, the Yankees came up short to the Red Sox 10 - 8. The two teams will battle again today with a start time of 1610(4:10pm), hopefully the Bombers get the "W" this time. Also, there are a number a great college football games on today as well as the NASCAR Nationwide race from Dover, DE and the NASCAR truck race from Las Vegas. Well, the Yankees lost last night to the Rays 8 - 4 as they had a number of replacement players in to give the starters a break before the playoffs start. A-Rod did hit his 30th homer of the season which is a feat in itself. The Bombers are off tonight and will close the regular season with a series in Boston against the Redsox starting tomorrow night. Being that today is Thursday, I'll try and make my way over to Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars this evening to enjoy a primo stogie and see how the S/BOTL are doing. Well, Army lost to Temple 42 - 35, Yankees split the day night double header with the Red Sox and Joey Logano won the NASCAR Nationwide Series race in Kansas yesterday. Today, The Yankees will play their final game of the regular season with Boston starting at 1335(1:35pm). Good morning all and yes, the Killer Beans are on. Going good Dave, things are busier than heck here at West Point as always. Well, the Yankees lost 8 - 4 and ended up being the 2010 AL Wild Card. They have two days off and start the Playoffs Wednesday evening in Minnesota against the Twins which should be a good match up. Congrats to Greg Biffle and the entire Jack Roush racing team for winning yesterdays NASCAR race. Football wise, congrats to Beth's NY Jets for dominating the entire game over the Bills. My Eagles didn't fare too well over the Red Skins as Donovan McNabb returned as the QB for Washington and Michael Vick got hurt and was out of the game early in the first half. Good morning everyone and yes, the coffee is on. Just got back from the airport droppin' off one of my nephews and a friend that are flying out to Colorado for the weekend. It's always nice to be on the road when there's no traffic and you have a place to be at a certain time. Well, I wanted to say that last night's Yankees come back in the 8th inning from being down 5 - 0 to win it 6 - 5 was a total picture of how the whole year has been. It's amazing what the Bombers did and I hope they keep it up in today's game which starts at 1600(4pm) with Phil Hughes on the mound for New York. Prior to that, Army is taking on Rutgers at the New Meadowlands Stadium in New Jersey. Lastly, we have the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race this evening in Charlotte starting around 1930(7:30pm)which should be another hot one as the Race to the Chase is will be halfway over tonight. They'll have a 6th game as well as Philly won over the Giants 4 -2. Tonight the Yankees have to win to take this series with Texas to a game 7 and tie it up 3 games a piece. Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on as always. Well, we know now that the 2010 World Series will be the Giants against the Rangers as Philly got eliminated last night. Today we have a number of good NFL games on the TV to include the Eagles aginst the Titians at 1300(1pm) on FOX. Also today at 1300, we have the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series live from Martinsville, VA and with only 5 races left this season, the championship is still not locked up. Sat outside for a while and enjoyed a Don Pepin Cuban Classic in honor of Don Pepin's 60th B-Day. Watched the Eagles blow their lead against the Titan and end up losing big time in that game. It's lookin' to be a good fall weather day day for the game and hopefully Army wins to give them their 5th win of the season. Good morning all and yes, the coffee has been on for a good hour now. Well, if your a Giants fan, congrats on being the 2010 World Series Champs. Now we can move on and see who wins the NASCAR championship and the concentrate on football as well. This Saturday, Army is taking on Air Force with a 1200(noon) kick off here at West Point. They'll have fly overs all week as well as other festivities building up to game day. It should be a good week, we are all hoping the weather holds out but it doesn't look promising.
