I heard Jerry on WFAN the other day saying he was looking forward to playing spoiler this year. Now, while I'd love to knock the Phillies out of the playoffs, thats not what I wanted this season, or any season. Jerry should be looking forward to next season, which most certainly won't be managing the mets.

I'm hoping for drastic changes in the offseason. Omar and Jerry gone. Ollie, Castillo and hopefully Beltran, Gone.

Paper this morning said that Manuel is (should) be out with Minaya soon to follow. As far as being .500 for the season, I'm pretty sure the team doesn't give a flying monkeys uncle at this point.
