Licenciados Wavell Tasted like hay. Wrapper looked rustic and was thick, held an ash for 4", and had a tight draw. If it had tasted good and had a looser draw it would be a winner.

I've had those a couple of times. I liked them, very smooth. Today I had a nub Connecticut and an HDM Epi. 1. The nub was okay but I prefered it in a Habano wrapper. The HDM was good but I had it a little too dry.

1. CAO Criollo Conquistador...Habano 98 Criollo wrapper. I LOVE THESE!! Yummy. Always a good even burn that doesn't require correction. Smooth and tasty to the end. My end is where I pit the toothpick through! :)~
2.Gispert Belicoso...Equadorian Connecticut wrapper. Hon/Nic mixed breed. I always have a place for these in my humidor and heart. A great old time favorite for me. Kinda like the Henry Clays or the Wavells. These sticks always give me the warm and fuzzy's. (Or is it that Mexican lunch I had today at Tommy Tomain's house of Tijuana?)

Partagas Spanish Rosado Santiago. Great small cigar, has an interesting sassafras note.

Gran habano GH2 PC, believe it or not, if I didn't know any better I would've thought I was smoking a CC. he ash, the burn, the twang, it was very good.

Man O War Torpedo A thoroughly enjoyable smoke. Nice construction, burned a little uneven and need correction, and had a loose draw. A fine smoke, I blame the uneven burn on the loose draw.

Had a Padron 45th anniversary. Not worth the price at all. This may improve over time, had some decent strength for a Padron anni.

Power Ranger. I walk into my local shop this evening and all of a sudden they've got 6 boxes of opus. All good prices too. And to think I just went over budget by far.

Just "retried" an RP Fusion MM. The first one I had months ago was plugged and nasty. This time it was really good from the 2nd 3rd on. It had a very yummy finish.:D

Kristoff Matador Maduro Very tasty smoke, well constructed, burned a little wavy but no correction needed, and draw was a little tight. Thanks to Jeff (Kreth) for this smoke.
