It happens that way Sam, I kept getting pipes assosciated with different blends, and its added up. I think I have about 12 pipes right now...

Yesterday I had some Spice and Nice from Boswell's (thanks Tim), as well as some Stonehaven

I have found that pipes with wider bowls smoke virginias and vaper's much better than pipes with narrower bowls. If I'm looking for a virginia or vaper pipe I generally look for something which is at least .85 of an inch in diameter and no more than an inch and a half deep. However if you are smoking a flake a smaller diameter bowl is better for flakes. This is all just personal experience and what I have heard other people say, not necessarily anything to hang your hat on.

Had some Haddos Delight and Morleys Best. The Haddos seems to have improved quite a bit with a couple years age.

McCranies Red Ribbon in a large Hackert cob yesterday. From an initial "ho-hum" a couple of years ago, MRR has grown on me (in a good way).

Same cob, six hours later - Reiner Long Golden Flake (aka #71). This stuff has always has whiffs of glory.

Smoking a local shops "balkan blend" I'm digging it as of late. Tried a few blends but some had cavendish in them. This lacks it and I'm happy.

Lil' local balkan mixture. Heading up to the B&M this week to pick up a pound if not more. Is a really good smoke for the price. I picked up 4oz for 10ish with tax if I remember correctly.

I've yet to try Margate.

I smoke GLP Westminster & Maltese Falcon and C&D Pirate kake in the same pipes, all English mixtures.
