Where did you get you Nesika Action? I've been thinking about a .223 PDog gun built on one of these. Can you get them in Right Bolt Left Port Configuration?

I'm sticking with dismayed. ;)

I love my Marlin .44, but it is not and never will be a "tackticool" rifle.

I have been cleaning out a bunch of old stuff lately and came across this so I thought I would share it, especially since this is the FIRST firearms thread :)

My dad gave this to me about 40 years ago, it was my first real gun. An Ithaca "Ted Williams" single shot, single action, .22 caliber. Man, I put a lot of rounds downrange with this baby. Killed a mess of tin cans, styrofoam, and anything else I could get my hands on. Great memories!

Yeah, I felt exactly the same way first time I laid eyes on a Steyr AUG...but those turned out to be pretty cool. Maybe a 21st century take on 19th century rifles will grow on ya, give it a chance. (And this coming from a longtime Cowboy Action competitor.)
