I offered a number of ways we can help. They ranged from the guys in the league helping with his lineup all the way to assigning his team. The goal was to see that, at minimum, his lineup gets set every week.
My thoughts are that if he's fielding his nine guys like everyone else, he's always got a chance to win, and that's equal to what anyone else is doing. He doesn't have a bad team at all.

I know that I sent him a PM on here the week that he and I played and reminded him to set his lineup. Said back then he's crazy busy right now.
