A little assortment of what i had at the Buffalo Brewfest last fri:
- Brooklyn brewing The Concoction and Octoberfest - CB's Brewing Double Dar Cream Porter - Flying Bison Aviator red and Rusty Chain - Innis and Gun Rum Cask - Ithaca Cascazilla - Pearl Street Brewery Sabres Edge 2x IPA - Rohrbach Scotch ale and Vanilla porter - Sam Adams Octoberfest and East West Kolsh - Sierra Nevada Tumbler and Pale ale - Stawski Malt - Stone Ruination IPA - Three Heads The Kind - Troggs Dream Weaver, and Trogenator - Victory Whirwind Whit and Hop Devil Im sure there was more but things started to get a little fuzzy after a while. i guess thats what happens when no one takes the tasting tickets from you and and they just keep the beer coming :chr |

I swung by Boulevard's brewery Wednesday and had some great beers... most interesting was a test batch sample of what they called 'Hoppy Wheat'.
It was a Cascade dry hopped version of their Unfiltered Wheat. Good. Also had: Bully Porter Tank 7 Double Wide IPA Amber Ale Zon All decent, but the highlight was the Tank 7 and Hoppy Wheat. |
