I had a bowl of "sweepings". Mostly VaPers with a little Balkan and some other stuff mixed in. Not bad stuff. The only problem is when it's great, there's little chance of reproducing it exactly.

Are you folding or rubbing it out? Folding has always been to much of a pain for me so I tend to rub out everything.

Guitar pick method. Packed a larger pipe with two coins and really effed things up. Used a smaller pipe and one coin. One hour of bliss.

Dunhill Elizabethan in the on deck circle.

Yesterday was cob Tuesday so I took my favorite Santia cob and loaded it with my favorite H&H El Nino.

Today was some 10 year old Brown Clunee in a regular cob while spinning some briar on the lathe.

Re: Whats in your bowl?

Captain Bob's Blend in a Missouri Pride Cob, and in a Baraccini Tulip. This was my first smoke in the Tulip. I got it on special last year and just got around to using it. I did open up the airway and chamfered the end of the tenon because I have read in the past these pipes are not good smokers. I should have smoked it before making the mods...but it is a flawless smoker now that cost (at the time) around $30.

Cracked a tin of SG chocolate flake courtesy of Munky. Very nice smoke, enjoyed it to ashes in a cob

Three nuns. Far and away my favorite since picking up pipes. Highly recommended.

Yenidje Supreme, Treasures of Ireland Limerick, Esoterica Dorchester, and SG St. James Flake(holy cow this stuff is good) all in my trusty Country Gentleman. Need to get a couple more of these cobs, replacing the Legends as my favorite of the MMs.

:tu

I got into this game late, so I never tried the original VAPER Three Nuns. I can't imagine how it could be better than the new edition.
