Keep it up, Charlie! :ze

Shoulders and arms today, I was gassed after two late nights of hockey and work in a row, so the workout was just OK. Off tomorrow, I need it.

Nice job, Ken, that's a nice bench.

Back today, a little lighter as I concentrated on holding the contraction at the top of the rows.

T-bar rows 250, 270, 295, 270, 250
Cable Rows 4 sets @ 260
Wide Overhand Pulldowns 4 sets @ 200

Re: Pumping Iron with Zemekone and Icehog3 II

No technology workout update.

The only time I enjoy cardio is when I am outdoors on a trail. So Thur thru Sat I spent at least two hours a day hiking trails.

Sat and yest I got nice circuit workouts with 3 sets each
preacher curls
tricep press
behind the head press
seated rows
pull downs
decline press
incline press
calves
fly machine
leg curls
leg extensions
squats machine
5 min warm up and warm down all done in 46 mins.

The gym attendant says she doesnt know if I am in a race or hate being in there.

36 sets in 36 minutes (excluding wu and wd) is pretty crazy, Michael, good for you. :tu

I asume you're using moderate weights relative to your strength to do that?

Thanks Tom!

46 min? That even possible? Lol

Good work guys.

International back day, I may hit some squats.

Oh yeah still no heavy weights for about 3 to 4 more weeks. Ive done the injury route with a torn biceps and extreme tendonitis too. That was before I started training people. But just because I go light doesnt mean I let the intensity lag.

Lot of work going on in here! Good stuff fellas!

Today was chest for me. And apparently it was "make an even bigger mess than usual in honor of MLK" day for the resolutioners that are still around. :/

Re: Pumping Iron with Zemekone and Icehog3 II

Everything was stiff today, not sure why. I wound up benching 245 3x10 but I wasn't impressed with anything I did. Oh well tomorrow is another day. Keep up the great work guys.
