Kicking off the day watchin the storms roll by in a screened in porch with a perfect breeze and perfect temp. This sets the stage for a fantastic A Fuente Hemingway classic. This stick is my first Fuente and I must say that I love it. I still have a noob palate but being first thing in the morning my palate is fresh and this stick is really pouring on the flavor. I'm normally a full/full kind of guy and I can see this stick being mild for me at the end of the day... But right now it's perfect!!

I think I have a new favorite medium stick!

Viaje 50/50....though yesterday was a bit more exciting. 7-20-4, Double Edge Sword, VSG Illusion, and an LFD Air Bender. Not a bad day :) My taste buds suffered a bit, though!!

Heck no, bro! I've been dying to try those! I was a little dissappointed in the Illusione, though. :(. It was pretty mild and I figured it would be more full bodied. By no means a bad smoke... Just not what I was expecting. Of course my palate might have been a bit thrashed by the end of the night as well... And it may just be a bum stick (not much smoke and seemed to mild and subdued). So I'll revisit it again soon.

Had two cuban rounds robustos today. I don.t mind them for a cheap smoke. I had a fuente 858 last might that wasn't too bad.

Big cigar day today. Edge sumatra, Kristoff maduro, Butera, Opus x robusto. Great afternoon with some friends and family around the pool. My fiancées daughters are quite the good little cigar choosers.

The DES is a damn fine smoke. I've been smoking quite a few Tats, Illusione, and the like. The DES was a fine change and definitely boxworty...IF you can find them. The Air Bender is a pretty tasty smoke...I hope the LFD Chisels I ordered just as tasty!!
