I've had it on tap the last couple weeks, but tonight I go for the bottle.
Albert knows what I'm talkin about... a VERY solid AIPA.

Very solid indeed!

Last night I again had Ode to Mercy but then I followed it with homebrewed Dunkel

Tonight I finally popped my bomber of Arrogant bastard ale. IT IS strong, but I think I expected something
different when it was described as strong. It's still just beer after all. I like to describe it as I do with strong
cigars, like music turned up too high. Had me buzzin like a mole rat. Had half a Chimay "white"...beige?
then had a Hop Wallop to wrap up the evening. Wicked night of beer. This afternoon I picked up a 4-pack of
Ommegang, a six pack of Dogfish Indian Brown ale, and a Sierra Southern Hemisphere Harvest. Crazy day
of beer buying and drinking.

Also, I enjoyed the New Glarus Belgian Red last night. That stuff never disappoints and is always a crowd pleaser.

I agree :chr

I had to pass the school exam before I was allowed to sit for the state exam, judging by others before me the hard part is past. I am going to study through the weekend and take the state exam hopefully next Tuesday. If I pass I see a slew of good beer being consumed.

Try the Double Bastard and the Old Guardian Barley Wine Ale, but not in the same night unless you are looking to get your butt kicked! Both are stronger in flavor and Alcohol content.

For something different, try the Oaked Arrogant Bastard. Try them side by side and get a good idea of the difference a barrel can make.

Tonight I am starting with a few pours of a growler of Sweetwater IPA and then I plan on cracking a bottle of Jailhouse Repreive. Jailhouse is a new local brewery and this is their newest offering, a Saison.

Was hoping you'd like it! I think if I double the dry-hop on the next batch, I'm right in the zone. No doubt the yeast definitely makes a difference.

Hops.I.Am is going in my rotation--which is a first, I've never brewed the same beer twice!
