Neither did I. They sell them at Petco park at the Padres games which I had a couple of. The next day at the brewery they had them for sale.

The Great Divide Chocolate Oak Aged Yeti is excellent (as is everything from Great Divide)

It really is very tasty Peter! I think the only thing they've ever released that I didn't care for was their DPA. But I like to stock up on the Yeti for those cold evenings :D

Are you referring to Hercules (DIPA)?
I thought it was very good.

If you can find it - their Wolfgang (Doppelbock Lager) is outstanding.

This is what I brought back from vacation: Angry Orchard Apple Ginger Hard Cider, SMB Black Bear Ale, SMB Tuckaleechee Porter, SMB Windy Gap Wheat, SMB Valas Helles, Ayinger Celebrator Doppelbock, O'Fallon Pumpkin Beer, Xingu Black Beer, North Coast Scrimshaw, Hornsby's Amber Draft Hard Cider.

Missing: the SMB Cherokee Red Ale and SMB Appalachian Pale Ale I drunk in Tenn. (along with several on tap pints of various brews).

No, their Denver Pale Ale. I just wasn't a fan of that one. I haven't had the Wolfgang. I'll have to track it down! I've been beer hunting quite a bit lately :xxx

Edit - some great pickups Derek!

Has anyone every taken a bottle to a restaurant and did the corkage thing.... Kinda disappointed with Ruth's Chris beer menu and debated bringing a Deschutes Abyss.

That sounds great Kristin! Definitely post up some pics. I'll be doing a bottle share next weekend with a few local guys. I think we're going with a Barrel aged theme.

It is a bit sweet for most people I've found (after many people talking sh*t on FB lol) but I absolutely LOVE it. The aroma itself is just nuts!

I have, but I knew the manager of the place so there wasn't any issue with it (or charge for that matter). I know most places that are cool with wine are fine with it. Although it helps if you're bringing a bomber that looks like a wine bottle anyway LOL

I am a VERY big fan. And don't worry, I can't finish the entire Bomber in one sitting either LOL. Too much 'diabeetus~! LOL. In all honesty though, only 8 of them are for me. The other 4 I bought to trade as Creme Brulee stout fetches a very high trading price in AZ :tu
