If Payton keeps it up, you guys will probably take the division again. Hopefully better than 8/8 tho.

Man, I think we should have just took the ass kicking last year and tried to get a better QB in the draft rather than wasting our draft picks on an old has been QB.

Palmer isn't our man, I can tell you that.

It seems like we are just sloppy overall as a team. We have some good players but something is missing and I'm not sure what it is.

I think we need to start looking at Geno Smith or Matt Barkley to step in for palmer.

It seems to me that we haven't really done squat with our draft picks here as of late.

I wish that when AL died, the foundation would have gone out of the family.

I truly think his son is going to run this team into the ground even more than it already is.

Another thing to think about.

Look at how hurt/weak our WR core is. We need another play maker.

Plexico Burris is a FA and I think we are stupid for not picking him up.

He's a great player IMOP and he proved he could still play last year. He had a pretty darn good season for his first year back.

They have Pryor ... may or may not be an answer in the future.

IMO the thing missing from this years team ... a coaching staff ... I think we lost a lot of the team this year when we fired another coaching staff.

They may suit up on Sunday but ...

Coaching................which goes back to me hating the fact that AL's son took over the team.

You know what the first thing he did was when he took over?

Fired ALL of the coaching staff that his old man had hired.

There is an article out there somewhere telling about the incident that led to him doing that.

The guy knows jack squat about football. He was just there because daddy was supporting him and he knew he would inherit it all someday.

Pryor is ok.....He needs a lot of coaching IMOP but he is a "raiders" quality QB as of now. Nothing special.

Here, read this if you haven't already. I thought we would get a fresh start when AL was done but it seems to me we will have to put up with Mark (AL's son) for a long long time probably.

I hear ya on this one (except for Pryor, he is still so green). I can see where Reggie was coming from, wanting to hire his own coaching staff...however Jacksons staff was starting to go somewhere....well except for the horrible penalty count. At least thats one thing we have much better control over this season. I think Allen is holding them much more accountable for penalties. In either the 1st or 2nd game I saw Kelly commit 2 penalties, 2 plays in a row. Coach had him sit out for the next 1/2 dozen or so series.

Interesting read. Maybe he (Mark) will just stay out of the way or maybe he will learn a lot about a bull by putting his head up a butcher's arse ...


Good or bad hopefully Allen and McKenzie have more the 1-2 years to build a team otherwise we are never going to get out of our rut if we have a new coaching staff ever 1.5 years.
